Septal alcohol ablation reduced the left ventricular outflow tract obstruction and eliminated recurrent bleeding. The case resembles Heyde's syndrome, i.e. the association between occult gastrointestinal bleeding and aortic valve stenosis, where resolution of blood loss after corrective aortic valve surgery has also been reported. | lld:pubmed |
