Five products were identified as 9beta-hydroxyartemisinin (2), 3beta-hydroxyartemisinin (3), deoxyartemisinin (4), 3beta-hydroxydeoxyartemisinin (5), and 1alpha-hydroxydeoxyartemisinin (6).
