pubmed-article:10781772 | pubmed:abstractText | This study aimed to compare the long-term benefit of biventricular pacing in drug-refractory heart failure in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy who were in stable sinus rhythm or had persistent atrial fibrillation. The results showed that permanent biventricular pacing in such patients significantly improves exercise tolerance in both groups of patients; however, the benefit tended to be greater in patients with atrial fibrillation. | lld:pubmed |
