The future of this class of drugs will depend upon the ability to demonstrate a reasonable safety margin against emesis and other typical phosphodieserase (PDE4) side effects, as well as in identification of the inflammatory disorder(s) most relevant to PDE4 inhibition. | lld:pubmed |
