CSP: malignant tumor of bones which always arises in medullary tissue, occurring more often in cylindrical bones, with pain, fever, and leukocytosis.,NCI: A small round cell tumor that lacks morphologic, immunohistochemical, and electron microscopic evidence of neuroectodermal differentiation.
