Proliferative Fasciitis

NCI: A rapid growing, poorly circumscribed, non-encapsulated, benign neoplasm that arises from the subcutaneous tissues. It is characterized by the presence of spindle-shaped fibroblasts, round ganglion-like cells, myxoid to collagenous stroma formation, and high mitotic activity.
