CSP: new abnormal muscle tissue that grows by excessive cellular division and proliferation more rapidly than normal and continues to grow after the stimuli that initiated the new growth cease; includes tumors or cancer located in muscle tissue or specific muscles, as well as those composed of muscle tissue.,MSH: Tumors or cancer located in muscle tissue or specific muscles. They are differentiated from NEOPLASMS, MUSCLE TISSUE which are neoplasms composed of skeletal, cardiac, or smooth muscle tissue, such as MYOSARCOMA or LEIOMYOMA.,NCI: A benign or malignant mesenchymal neoplasm arising from smooth, skeletal, or cardiac muscle.
