Solitary Osseous Plasmacytoma

NCI: A localized clonal (malignant) plasma cell infiltrate in the bone without peripheral blood involvement. The most commonly affected bones are the vertebrae, ribs, skull, pelvis and femur. X-rays examination reveals a solitary lytic lesion.
