MSH: Benign neoplasms derived from glandular epithelium. (From Stedman, 25th ed),CSP: polyp consisting of benign neoplastic tissue derived from glandular epithelium.,NCI: A neoplasm, originating from glandular epithelium, exhibiting polypoid growth, for which the malignancy status has not been determined.,NCI: A polypoid neoplasm arising from the glandular epithelium. There is proliferation of glandular cells which may display dysplastic cytologic features. Representative examples include the adenomatous polyps of the colon and rectum.
