Structure of subclavian artery

MSH: Artery arising from the brachiocephalic trunk on the right side and from the arch of the aorta on the left side. It distributes to the neck, thoracic wall, spinal cord, brain, meninges, and upper limb.,NCI: An artery located below the clavicle that supplies blood to the head and the arms. The right subclavian artery originates from the brachiocephalic artery and the left subclavian artery originates from the aortic arch.
