A comparative evaluation of parasitological (in urine and R. M. B.) and immunological (IgE and I. F. I.) investigations in the post-therapeutical course of the urinary schistosomiasis was carried out in a group of 25 patients treated with niridazole and on a group of 25 patients treated with 35 972 RP. The recovery must be based on both the disparition of eggs simultaneously in urine and R. M. B., the former is not sufficient because eggs could be found in R. M. B. when absent in urine. IgE and I. F. I. reaction gave conflictual data in the evaluation of the treatment.
