Aortocoronary dissection as a complication of diagnostic angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention is a rare occurrence. We describe a patient, in whom retrograde aortic dissection appeared during percutaneous coronary intervention to the right coronary artery, which was successfully treated by a 4-stent implantation.
