Nonsurgical septal reduction therapy (NSRT) decreases left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) gradient and improves symptoms in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM). NSRT effects on LV/left ventricular diastolic function are currently unknown.
