Motion sickness-like symptoms can afflict pilots training in military simulators. This simulator sickness involves symptoms of gastrointestinal distress, eyestrain and disorientation. A simulator sickness Questionnaire (SSQ) with subscales available for each of these dimensions has been developed to assess the problem.
