pubmed-article:6620148 | pubmed:abstractText | A stereospecific high-performance liquid chromatographic assay has been developed to determine R(+)- and S(-)-warfarin simultaneously in plasma. The method involved the formation of diastereoisomeric esters, using carbobenzyloxy-L-proline, with subsequent separation using silica as the stationary phase. The method permits characterization of the pharmacokinetics of warfarin enantiomers following administration of racemic drug. | lld:pubmed |
