Anaplastic carcinoma of the pancreas is a rare undifferentiated variant of ductal adenocarcinoma, which commonly displays sarcomatoid spindle-cell and pleomorphic growth patterns. Anaplastic carcinoma of the pancreas associated with mucinous cystic neoplasm has rarely been reported.
