Facile ketoprofen extraction from plasma and derivatization to the diastereomeric S-1-phenylethylamides was followed by normal-phase HPLC. The ketoprofen diastereomeric amides eluted within 8 min. The limit of quantification of the assay was 0.15 mg/l of each enantiomer (signal-to-noise ratio = 5). | lld:pubmed |
