Within the classification of malocclusions, those belonging to class III represent a higher challenge to orthodontics, due to the difficulty and duration of treatment. This article makes reference to the clinical and radiological features of patients manifesting this type of malocclusion. Finally, the case history of a patient with this ailment, treated by Mollin's light arches technique, is displayed.
