To describe a new alternative technique to overcome several disadvantages of previous techniques to repair idiopathic hydrocele. Idiopathic hydrocele, which causes scrotal enlargement and discomfort for patients, is an abnormal fluid collection between the parietal and visceral layers of tunica vaginalis of the testis. Surgical and sclerotherapy treatments have previously been used to treat this problem.
